St Murumba Nursery and Primary School Celebrates Cultural Day

St. Murumba Nursery and Primary School, Jos Plateau State on the 10th June, 2021 celebrated   The cultural Day tagged ”Unity in Diversity”, it was a jamboree to be remembered decades to come.

The major clans represented were Plateau, Igbo, Fulani, Idoma/Tiv and the Edo/Delta cultural troopes. The theme “unity in diversity” was geared towards unifying the various cultural groups into the vision ”one Nigeria”. It was such an amazing and colourful event where all the children, pupils, parents, Holy Child sisters and the novices participated in on way or the other which graced the occasion. The beauty of it was that you could see Plateau children dancing and singing in Yoruba songs, Igbo children and teachers representing the Fulani in dance and songs.

The celebration was a complete depiction of our heroes past who dough tirelessly, selflessly and as compatriots towards the birth this Nation “Nigeria. God bless Nigeria and St. Murumba Nursery and Primary School, Jos Plateau State.
