Planned Gifts

Remember the American Province of the Society of the Holy Child Jesus in your estate planning. While the following information regarding planned gifts is useful, it is not intended for legal or tax advice. We encourage you to review this information with your attorney or tax advisor.

Giving Through Your Will

Donors who feel that they need their capital during their lifetime can select to make charitable gift provisions in their wills. The Society has been the recipient of bequests, both large and small.

Giving Through Charitable Remainder Trusts

Charitable Remainder Trusts are gift plans defined by federal tax law that permit you to provide income to you or others for life or for a set term of years while making a generous gift to the Society.

Gifts of Securities & Real Estate

A gift of appreciated securities or real estate provides another opportunity to support the Society while providing tax advantages.

The Director of Mission Advancement can provide you and/or your attorney/tax advisor with information regarding estate gifts, gifts of securities, trusts, or gifts of real estate. Please contact Sandy Lovascio, at 610.626.1400, x301.
