• Your Name
• Which credit card you are using
• Your credit card number and expiration date
• 3 digit verification number
• Amount you wish to donate

Matching Gifts
Check with your Human Resource Department to learn if your company will match your donation to the Society of the Holy Child Jesus. If so, they will provide you with a form to complete and mail to us with your donation.
